Project Design
InterActive Fire Systems provide design and construct proposals from the initial concept phase through to final approval. We prepare preliminary costings and firm tender prices, fully coordinated drawings, design, installation, commissioning and 24 hour support for all your fire detection and prevention requirements.
With in-house experience and capabilities, InterActive Fire Systems ensure the system being installed is compliant to all relevant Australian standards, fit for purpose and designed to meet our clients specific needs.
Installation and Commissioning
InterActive Fire Systems provide professional system installation using qualified Electricians and Sprinkler Fitters only.
Dedicated Project Managers for both Wet and Dry Fire are allocated to each project to ensure all our clients project needs, compliances and deadlines are met whilst ensuring continuity of resources for the duration of the project.
Our team of dedicated in-house commissioning technicians provide technical expertise from initial design concept, to engineered solution management, system programming and commissioning through to handover and DFES connection.
Service and Maintenance
With our dedicated Service and Maintenance division, InterActive Fire Systems are here to ensure all your statutory maintenance requirements are met for all disciplines of fire detection systems, including dry fire systems, emergency warning systems, fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, sprinkler and hydrant systems, extinguishers and hose reels.
Our maintenance scheduling ensures all monthly, 6-monthly and annual tests are completed on time and with minimum disruption to your business.
In addition, InterActive's 24 hour 365 day after hours service gives you peace of mind that you will always be looked after anytime night or day.
